Pet Trainer Rudy, CPDT-KA
Rudy has been training personal and family dogs since the age of 10. Since then, he as actively sought out additional resources to increase his training knowledge and experience.
With over 18 years of dog training and handling experience, he has helped hundreds of families and their pets.
Rudy actively volunteer's and donates his time with the Humane Society of Imperial County. He enjoys training so much he trains his pet birds, cats and foster kittens aside from his own dogs (Yes, cats are trainable).
Rudy prides himself in using science based positive reinforcement training taking a Least Invasive, Minimally Aversive (LIMA) approach. He is currently a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers. (CCPDT) and is an active member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and is an approved American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

A new way to train your dog! With goal-based self-contained lessons, you can jump into a class at any time and not miss ANYTHING. Each week’s activities are built around problem solving a real-life situation—like polite behavior around guests or a successful neighborhood walk or part outing—keeping you engaged and makes learning basic manners a blast.
